I'm trying to return a defective item. It was listed as no returns accepted. The seller has agreed to accept the return. I'm keep getting the run around on here of how to file un tyhe EBay money back Guarantee. It takes me to the Return the Item and says Seller doesnt accept returns. How do i get Ebay involved?

Mentor2 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, defective. This overrides no-returns. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
