My question is How do I go about exchanging an item to the buyer since I sent the wrong item. They requested a refund last week but should get correct item today. eBay is asking for me to refund now since I got the item I sent the buyer back in the mail today. Thanks

Mentor2 years agoIf the buyer filed a Returns Request, you accepted and provided a return shipping label, and the buyer returned the item. Now you refund the buyer. Then relist (using SELL SIMILAR) the item. Buyer purchases and pays. You enter the tracking number for the package you shipped to the buyer.
