I purchased a right rear tail light for my 2023 Chevy Silverado and would like to either return it or exchange it for the correct one. It fits but does not have the same light system. I can't start a return because it does not show up as an item I purchased. The order number is 20-11282-24037 from seller mz9913.

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
