I had ordered mulberryleaf from harddhead company and they sent the wrong item, they never answered my emails, ebay finally said I could return the wrong item. I printed the label and sent it back close to 2 weeks ago. I have not received my money back, have not received email from either ebay or harddhead. In fact, when I just tried to contact ebay the email I had said the case is closed, well its not closed til I have my refund, including shipping since I mail it correctly!! HELP !!!!!!!

Mentor2 years agoOnce tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, you go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund. If you do not do that, ebay closes the case after a specified number of days.
