I purchased a bracelet from eBay sold sterling silver. I took it to my jeweler to have it sized, and he said it was not sterling silver actually didnâ€™t know what kind of metal it was. Then he had another, and his opinion was the same

I contacted the seller and she is more than willing to let me return it for a full refund. I just donâ€™t know how to do it. Iâ€™ve tried reading the articles in this post, but I donâ€™t see any logical sequence of events. Can someone just in plain English tell me how to ship the bracelet back. I would love to chat with someone that could help me. Thank you for your efforts on my Behalf. Wendy

You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help:

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
