I had an item returned because the buyer was too sick to go to her post office to pick up. The package has looped back and forth for 2 weeks and I finally received. I see no way to refund buyer so she can repurchase. I’d like to speak to an eBay rep but see no way to get a call back

Mentor2 years agoYou do not need to speak to a customer service rep.
Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Locate the order, click the down arrow, click Send refund > select a reason, select an amount (you can refund item price only), submit.
