If the buyer has filed a Return Request, you are required to respond to it.
If the reason is covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee you will also be required to provide a prepaid return shipping label and refund the buyer when you receive the returned item.
Where does it say you don't have to respond to a Return Request?
