I listed an item and described in detail item was open and pez taken out.
Now buyer wants a refund because box was open and now pez candy.
Should I refund? I mean they should have read description

An opened container of food should never have been listed on eBay in the first place.
Yes, you should refund the buyer. You can use the Send refund option in the dropdown next to the transaction in your Orders list.
