Hi. How do I refund a buyer who paid for an item but it’s no longer available? My funds are on hold because I’m new to e bay so how do I refund her payment when it’s not showing as available??

Mentor2 years agoYou need to pay for the refund, then eBay will release the buyer’s payment to you. No one likes it, but that is how it works. You can use a credit card to pay for the refund, if you designate the card as your preferred payment method for seller costs. https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
In your sold orders, select cancel transaction, then I am out of stock.
