Return
I ordered a set on golf irons. They were counterfeit. The seller told me he did not take returns. I got eBay involved and they got my money back to me.
That was wonderful.
We I contacted the seller he then said he wanted the clubs back.
For over a week he has told me to ship the clubs back to him.
In all I've seen on eBay I can't fine if I need to send them back to him. I feel like sending the seller information to the company that he counterfeited so they could get him.
Long story short do I have to send the clubs back to the seller.
For some reason eBay want take my telephone call.

After eBay granted your refund and the case was closed, why did you contact the seller?
< I can't fine if I need to send them back >
I'd be tempted to tell him I'm setting them out on the curb and he can have them if he gets there first. It's just a thought; I probably wouldn't really do it. I think it would be extremely considerate of you – considering that the seller originally refused to take them back – if you did send them back, using the prepaid shipping label that the seller provided. Only if the seller pays for the return ... no label, no clubs.

Short answer, no. Even if he sends a prepaid shipping label, you still don't have to return the clubs. Personally, I would toss them in the dumpster.

Mentor2 years agoEbay says you don't have to send them back. Law says if they are counterfeit you can not sell them and should destroy them. If seller sends a prepaid return label, it is up to you whether to return them or not, certainly do not pay for the return yourself.
Yes, you can alert the manufacturer if others are listed, as they can legally have the listings removed. You can also use the Report button on the listing to alert ebay.

Mentor2 years agoNo, you do not have to send the clubs back, especially if seller is not sending you a prepaid label to do so.
