Customer returned the item.... how do I give her the shipping cost? They used a different way of sending back I did receive the item and gave her a full refund except the shipping cost to send it here. When I gave her the full refund it would not let me add the return shipping , do I need to send her the refund for shipping in the mail?

Mentor3 years agoYou and the buyer can select a way for you to send her the money - PayPal, zelle, Venmo, paper check in the mail - whatever works for you both.
You can not refund more than the buyer’s original payment, so this always has to be handled outside of eBay when he buyer does not use the system provided return label.
