hi i have purchased a jacket which is to small .
sellers return policy is buy pay return shipping
so i ask seller if i return the item will i get full refund and they said yes besides the return shipping which was just over $10.00
they charged me 19.99 to ship it to me which is kind of irevlvant
so they give me a partial refund
which they chargerd me for shipping to me @ 20 and return @ 10
i would not have sent it back if i knew it was going to cost me over $30 in the end that's why i asked before i sent it back tried to contact eBay it says case close can not be appealed
but if they looked at the messages they would se that i asked before i sent item back and seller lied about the refund its not the 20 bucks its the principal of it its not okay and eBay don't seem the care and there seems to be noway to contact them
