hi im buy a item with guest account now i need to return item,how i will do?because im trying to type order number but its says system not finding any orders.

From the order you can file for a return. So you are saying you can't find your order using this link?
Are you sure you bought it on Ebay?
Return an item you bought as a guest
If you need to return the item you bought, you can open a return request through the order confirmation email you received.
To start a return:
You are posting with an Ebay ID. Did you purchase using this account? If you did and not a guest account, then go to the top right of an Ebay screen you look a listings on. On the upper right side you will see MY EBAY with a down arrow right beside it. Click on the arrow and then select Purchase History.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
