returm an item
I opened a return for items received but do not fit. I discussed with ebay represenative getting a return label She informed me that as I said item doesnt fit then I have to pay return. I said I chose the because although checking that the items will fit they dont so either they sent wrong ones or item description is wrong. I then discussed that if I have chosen the wrong catergory I will cancel the return request and request again with the correct details. Now it seems I am unable to do that. Ibelieve I am owed 24.56 pounds froom a company in China I have sent them two messages and shall awaait any reply.
any help and info of what to do nest will be appreciated.

Mentor11 months ago@roger-rda Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but once you close a return request you can not open a new one.
