Returen on a ordr that i purchased a lable from ebay but buyer never recieved
I sold somthing Buyer said it didnt work I oked the return and purchased a return shipping label but never recieved it cant locate it and buyer never got it. Ebay has already refunded the money and now I dont have the money or the item I got screwed. I have been through every menu I have been directed to and still cant get it resolved. I can not find a number to contact ebay or a email anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have never been so frustrated with a company and customer service.

Mentor5 months agoIf you approved a return label ebay does not refund until tracking shows it was returned to you. So appears something is wrong.
