Retuning an item
I bought an item that was not what the description said it was so I requested a refund from the seller. The seller went on and on how the condition of the item matched the description. Which of course it didn't. The seller finally agreed to a refund but now I'm worried that the seller will try to say I did something to the returned item or I ruined it. Which the seller already said that when I submitted pictures to eBay. So, how do I protect myself from this happening?
