RETRIEVING INFO FOR ITEM PURCHASED IN 2021 FROM EBAY HISTORY

Question

I BOUGHT AN ITEM IN 2021 WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY AND EBAY CANNOT SHOW ME MY PURCHASE ON THEIR HISTORY LIST, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A VALID ORER #. I DO NOT HAVE SELLER INFORMATION SO I NEED EBAY TO FIND MY PURCHASE. I HAVE REQUESTED, BUT HAVE RECEIVED NO REPLY.
