Retrieve purchase (proof of -) from 10-11 years ago?
How may I recover my purchase details for an item purchased in either 2015 or 2016. Im in need of the proof of purchase in order for manufacturer to honor a warranty issue/claim.

Mentor4 months agoYou would have to go to your account settings and under Personal run a report of your purchases. The report takes seven full days to process and you have ten days to download it. However, the report actually has very little information available. Basically the item name, date and how much you paid. There are no photos or description in the report. The report is in no way a receipt for the item.
