Retracting negative feedback
l though l was sending a negative feedback to eBay but it got sent to trucks and trunks instead l need help getting it retracted, my phone will not let me download java scripts

You can edit that negative feedback, if the seller sends you a Feedback Revision Request, and you respond, before the feedback has been posted for 30 days. There's a link on the seller's feedback profile to send that request.
