How can I retract a bid for item number 145521434998 on the baseball cards?

·2 years agoYou can't. Too many buyers were doing invalid retractions (especially to engage in "bid shielding") in the trading card categories so eBay got rid of retractions in those categories a couple of years ago.
You can message the seller and request that s/he cancel your bid, but s/he is under no obligation to do so nor to respond in any way.
