Once you leave feedback you can not cancel or change it. If you are the seller and left feedback for a buyer there is nothing you can do.
If you are the buyer and want to change a negative feedback to a positive you can request a feedback revision form the seller. Neutral and positive feedback can not be changed.
Sellers get a limited amount of feedback revision requests they can send to buyers so a feedback can be changed. What you can do is to send a message to the seller and let them know you want to change it and ask them to send you a feedback revision request.
Most sellers are understanding and will send the revision request, some don't care about the feedback and will not respond.
