RETRACTING AND DELETING FEEDBACK ABOUT A SELLER
Hi - I had a rather strange transaction with a Seller. I had to keep asking them when they were sending the item I purchased. They finally said they couldn't find it. I agreed to cancel the transaction. They cancelled it. In the process they found the item. (I had gone to Ebay by this time in the middle of all of the confusion.)
The Seller got VERY upset with me and said I had PERSONALLY RUINED their rating and reputation.
I told them I understood that they couldn't find the item, but that if they had just told me that in the first place, I never would have asked Ebay for help.
Anyway, they turned out to be a bit more pleasant and they asked me to retract or revise my comments. I agreed to that but asked them if I could still purchase the item. Once I revised my comments, I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM again, even though I made more attempts. The whole thing was like a 3 ringed circus.
I don't want to hurt the Seller, but I just want to TOTALLY DELETE the revised positive comments.
Does anyone know how to do that?
Thank you!
Sissie
