The Seller is either lying or does not know how to Cancel a bid on an auction. All they need is your ID and the eBay item number off the listing to cancel all of your bids on the item. However, bids are intended to be binding. Why do you want to have your bid cancelled?
No, we have no access to any accounts. You have to message the Seller. Use the Contact link on the item, open the item and the Contact Seller link will be to the right of the main picture.
