Buyers can message Sellers and request a Feedback revision form. Sellers can send 5 per year but only ONE per transaction. The Seller will have a link on any Neutral or Negative Feedback to send the form upon request.
Once you receive the form you will have 10 days to complete it changing the Feedback to Positive.
