Retract a positive review
Hello, ive made two identical orders from separate sellers.
one seller delivered, while the other seller seems to quit working/responding with ebay and the order was refunded.
unfortunately i gave the ghost seller a positive feedback, since i mistook one order for the other.
whats the fast and effective way to resolve this? ebays customer service and contact page sends me in circles

Mentor2 years agoYou can not change or remove positive feedback. You can add a followup comment - on your feedback left page, click followup at the far right.
