retract a buyer feedback
Hi all,
I bought 4 items from a seller but was charged for shipping on all 4 items separately. I left a partial negative feedback on the shipping charges on this seller after he didn't answer 4 messages I sent him. Now he admits to the mistake in shipping and will refund the shipping error if I retract the feedback. How do I retract the feedback? Has this happened to anyone before? Thanks for the reply.
