Did you place a BID or did you click on Buy-It-Now?
Either way, buyers cannot cancel a transaction, only the seller can. Have you contacted the seller and explained the situation? Sellers are not obligated to agree to requests to cancel.

Your Buy It Now is a purchase, and needs to be paid for.
You can try to contact your seller and beg them to cancel the transaction, but they are not obligated to do so. If they do, they will also probably block you from bidding.
