Hello the Seller is incompetent and does not updates de system.
We send back the Item for one Month ago and was not reffunden.
I wrote severeal emails but nothing happens.

Mentor1 year agoThe seller does not update the system. The carrier updates the tracking.
If you filed the Returns Request, the seller accepted the return and supplied a shipping label, once tracking shows DELIVERED, the seller has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, on day 3, go back to the Returns Request and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
