Retaliatory Negative Feedback
I had an international buyer who left retaliatory negative feedback because I refused his unlawful request to combine items without reporting them to customs. He repeatedly requested I do something unlawful and specifically against eBay policy. I refused, cancelled his bids, and blocked him from further activity on my auctions. Ebay allowed him to leave negative feedback on the canceled auctions, destroying my 100% perfect rating. What can I do to remove his retaliatory negative feedback and restore my reputation?
