Retaliation feedback
So an ebay seller tried to scam me. He has a history recently of trying to scam buyers by sending the wrong items. Buyers who leave him a negative he immediately buys an item to give a retaliation feedback. Which he did to me. This seller cursed at me through ebay messages. Took my phone number from my order and sent threatening texts which I uploaded screen shots into ebay messages for ebay to see. I blocked his cell phone and he used a 2nd cell phone to harass and threaten me from. I uploaded more screen shots into the message chain. After 7 days pass he finally leaves me negative. Somehow he was able to get my negative removed. I reported this person, submitted a feedback removal request. Ebay denied my request stating I should try to work it out with the buyer. Absolutely absurd! There's nothing to work out. The guy's sole purpose was to leave negative feedback. He harassed and threatened me. All was documented. So the feedback removal team didn't even review anything. If they did, they would have acted. Ebay needs to do better
