Retail Delivery Fees
I was charged Retail Deliver Fees on one item. I have never seen this charge before. Why am I being charged for Retail Delivery Fees?

The answer from "jacbarcollectibles" is correct.
Additionally: YOU are not being charged for Retail Delivery Fees.
Your buyer, with a delivery address in Colorado or Minnesota, is charged the Retail Delivery Fee, and your buyer pays it.
(BTW, in Minnesota, the Retail Delivery Fee is charged only when the total amount of the purchase is over $100.00.)
eBay, then, sends that money to the appropriate state's government offices.
That is why the Retail Delivery Fee might look like it's being charged to you (the seller) or taken from you.

Mentor11 months agoThe States of Colorado and Minnesota charge a separate Retail Delivery Fee as a new revenue stream. You live in Iowa so you should have not been charged the fee unless you had an item delivered to one of those States. Can you please provide more information about what happened?
