OP1 year agoThis must be a tax by county within the state of Indiana. I just made another sale in my state to another county. This time eBay didn't charge a Retail Delivery Fee addition to my customer....

Mentor1 year ago@indy.estate.sales The info I found was on google. It might not be up to date. I know other states were considering adding the fee. You'll have to check with your local tax authority.

Mentor1 year ago@indy.estate.sales This is an extra tax charged by your state. Colorado and Minnesota are the two states that currently are charging this fee.
