"restrictions" on purchased items.....
bought earrings from a seller in the UK.
not the first time i have done this (im a piercer in the US)
have had items mailed with ebay's global shipping before no problem.
THIS order is flagged as "restricted" and they will not ship it.
WHY ?? WHAT ???
so now i get a refund, and no explanation as to why earrings are "restricted"
any insights ??

Mentor2 years agoWhat is the item number? What are the earrings made of? I am guessing the material may be restricted from being imported into the USA.
