Restrictions on my new account
Good Afternoon,
I have just created an account and there has been a restriction put on but I don’t know why or how to answer the questions needed to get it reactivated. I follow the link and advice given in my email but it just sends me round in a loop to follow original email I got. Please could someone help me to get the restrictions removed.

Make sure the name you registered with on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. If you need to add a middle name or initial, do it in the first name space. My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you use a physical street address and not a P.O. Box. You can use a P.O. Box as your SHIP FROM address.
