Restrictions lifted but when I try to post it still says restricted.
Hello, I am new to ebay. I posted two items and was restricted, And told to call I spoke with someone and the restrictions was lifted and received a email stating that I could start selling again have ever when I try to post it says that my account is restricted. I have checked my messages and the last thing I received is saying that I could start selling again. Could somebody please tell me what I need to do? This is the last message that I received.....

Here’s what you need to know
Your listings should already be back up and running, but you can check your unsold folder for any that may need to be relisted.
If you previously had any subscriptions, you’ll need to re-register.
Over the next month, you may also see holds on your transactions. These will be lifted as soon as we confirm that your buyers received their orders without any issues.

Maybe an option to contact eBay's Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter.

If you don't have an account, you have to make one. Facebook is the easiest.

OP1 year agoThank you, I'm just trying to see if anyone else has experienced this and see if it's just a waiting thing or if it's something else. I will definitely message them if it isn't corrected by the morning.
