Restrictions and charged fee for non sale

Question

I listed an item for sale, never sold, eBay still charged me $250.00. I contacted eBay, they agreed to waive, told me it would take 3 days, 5 days now, I'm still locked out and received a message that if I didn't pay the fee it would be turned over to collections,but can't reach anyone at eBay to resolve the issue, before they ruin my credit, anyone got a number or a way to contact ebay

How long ago did the listing end? Do you have an item # in order to view the listing? Did you use any optional listing upgrades when listing the item?
