I am new to selling on eBay. They have restricted my account and I have no idea how to get in touch with them?? I try every way possible but I can’t get through to them only **bleep** article. How do I contact them a REAL person?

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Available Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
