Have anybody can give suggestions on what I can do to help a friend of mine that got me started actually on eBay so he’s on restriction and cannot use the promotion button for some reason and it’s been about three or four months and he’s asked to be put off restriction many times and can’t get any answers. Is there another way to do this? Is anybody know And why do they put you on restriction
