I would like you to remove my buying restrictions and so would the sellers I buy a lot on ebay there's only one item I didn't pay for after taking to the seller we agreed to cancel the order do to parts missing and he didn't say that in his posting

You should check you purchase history - it takes at least 2 unpaid cancellations for sellers to block you.
