How do I get off restriction? I’m not too knowledgeably about computer . I work on my iPhone . Although I have a laptop if that’s easier . I’m being instructed to send tracking info to verify shipping . I buy shipping labels from eBay . Don’t they have info already ? Where do i get tracking number and how do I download to who ? Help I’m stuck in suspended animation because a buyer had item delivered to correct address ( USPS guaranteed ) . It was stolen or lost and he was trying to tell me USPS told him I’d send him another order of uncirculated Kennedy half dollar rolled by the federal reserve .

Mentor2 years agoYes, when you purchase shipping labels through ebay shipping, the tracking number is automatically uploaded to the transaction. If the buyer files an Item Not Received, you need to upload the tracking number into the case. Go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Locate the order. Now you will COPY the tracking number (CTRL-C) then go to the case, place the cursor in the appropriate field and PASTE that tracking number (CTRL-V).
