Restriction to list
Summary: syloppe-0 is experiencing an issue with listing an item for sale due to an account hold message indicating restricted access because of unresolved balances. They have checked for any outstanding balances and updated their expired payment cards with a valid one, receiving confirmation of the update. However, there are no messages indicating a restriction or suspension, and they are seeking help to understand and resolve the restriction.
Hello,
I’m trying to list an item for sale, but when I try to publish my listing I get the message:
“Account on hold – Account access restricted. To restore your access, resolve any outstanding balances you have.”
However, I have checked my Payments section and I have no outstanding balance or unpaid fees.
I previously had two expired payment cards linked to my account. I have now removed both expired cards and added my current valid payment card. I also received confirmation that the new card was added successfully.
There are no messages in my eBay Messages regarding any account restriction or suspension.
Could you please check my account and tell me why my selling access is restricted and what I need to do to remove the restriction?
Thank you.
