Restriction on my account
Ebay has decided to put a hold on my account because I bought something and thought it might be damaged. Becauseinstalation would havebeen so expensivei contacted the seller andask him to verify. We decidedto go ahead with the install hoping i was wrong and it worked. So after install it didnt work after all. Because Iput in for a return but took two weeks to follow through. Ebay put a restriction on my account. Now the seller can't refund me.
