Restriction of account
**Hello,** I bought a laptop on eBay, but the seller cancelled the order one day before my payment was due. Now my account has a buying restriction because it shows as an unpaid item.
I did not refuse to pay — the seller cancelled the order themselves. Could you please remove the buying restriction from my account?

Mentor1 year ago@heredot555 The seller would not be able to cancel as buyer hasn't paid until it is past 96 hours from the close of the sale. It does take 2 or more strikes in 12 months for sellers to be able to block you
You can contact customer service and see if you can have the unpaid item strike removed from your account.
