Restriction ebay acxount
hi everyone.. greetings from me.. i want to ask for help regarding my limited account.. i have just been on ebay for 6 months and have sold 29 items and got 9 positive feedback and 1 negative and there are several return cases and one day i was very surprised because i got an email my account was limited because of BBE and Permanently i am very sad about that can i really not get my account back and i got that without any warning or reminder about the problem in my account is there any other way for me to get my account back.. is it allowed to make an appeal and so on on ebay

Mentor1 year ago@dtmfyeshop The eBay Bad Buyer Experience has a different rating system for international sellers. Negatives, neutrals, and low start ratings count against a seller. That plus if you did not refund the buyer willing it would have resulted in a DEFECT. Defects can seriously hurt any sellers account. 3 defects would have put any seller into Below Standard.

Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

BBE = Bad Buyer Experience
Did you Cancel transactions and not ship items?
Did you fight those returns or refuse the refund? If so you may have gotten strikes on your account
Permanent restrictions are extremely difficult to have eBay change
You can request a callback during west coast business hours and ask for the Trust and Safety department: eBay Customer Service
If you want to continue to sell online you may as well start researching other venues because there is a strong possibility that eBay will not reinstate your account.
