Restriction
I have been restricted from selling items due to me reneging on a sale. The ONLY reason I reneged on sale was because I didn't like the shipping price. For (4) 18 inch wheels shipped from Pittsburgh, PA to Colorado Springs, CO is at least 110.00 dollars a wheel but eBay calculated it to 70.00 for all four and I tried to notify eBay but to no avail.
How can I get this restriction lifted. My feedback/ratings have ALWAYS been 100 percent since I've came on board in 2014.
