restriction?
so had not used account in a year as i was ill. found out it was suspended from selling, provided my license and proof i am who i am. they asked for receipts for antiques that i have been selling to clean out my home....
i dont have receipts for 100 year old items that have been in my home for 50 years. I told them this, the next day i got a permanent ban? what do i do? Is ebay only for wholesale resellers now?
