In looking at your account, eBay shows you've received five neutrals an three negatives from Buyers in the past 12 months. Most issues are with shipping delays. eBay shows you are registered from Azerbaijan and your products are shipping from Delaware. Your listings are stock photos and it would seem you may be fulfilling your orders from possibly a warehouse in Delaware. All or any one of these things has caused eBay to put restrictions on your account. eBay should have sent an email with what you need to do to lift the restriction. If you look at your Seller Dashboard, that will also tell you what type and how many defects you have on your account. You would need to respond to eBay's request for more information.
