Restricted payment method
Can a seller restrict payment to a specific app called "Cash Only" in lieu of accepting E-bays standard payment methods? I wanted to buy an item thru the Buy Now option but was not allowed to purchase it, because I do not use that app.

You should be able to pay at checkout and choose one of these payment methods>
