I tried to list some CPAP masks. I was denied because EBAY said that I can't sell items requiring a prescription. A CPAP machine requires a prescription, none of the accessories do. There are hundreds of ads on EBAY for the exact item I was trying to sell. Is there any way to straighten this out with EBAY?

There are hundreds of people speeding down the highway right now who aren't getting tickets either... You were caught, the others haven't been...yet.
Listings for CPAP accessories are not allowed.
