Restricted item; tonfa
Good morning community! I recently created a listing for a piece of martial arts equipment called a tonfa. I have not used these for over thirty years and just wanted to find a new home for them. Not a business, just a household account of over 20 years. I had two listings with a pair (how they are normally used) and then a single item. The two pair listings seemed to be successful but the listing with the single was blocked and a warning message was sent that it is a weapon or is dangerous. I cancelled them all and appealed, but the appeal was denied. Here is what I cannot figure out; there are several current active listings for the exact same items sold in pairs, and even a search of completed listings have dozens of recent successful sales of the same items! The only thing I can think of is that when listed as a single piece of equipment it could be misinterpreted?? Does anyone have any insight on this? Thanks

Here is what eBay says about removed listings:
"Why was my listing removed/hidden when similar listings are still active?
If your listing is removed or hidden by eBay, you may see similar listings still active on the site. This could be for several reasons:
If you think another listing isn't following our policies, please let us know and we'll investigate."
